Hire Charges
Fully managed bar hire costs vary on the size of the event: Up to 49 people - £150
Parties of 50 to 99 people - £100
Parties of 100 to 150 - £50
These hire costs are payable at the time of booking.
Any "all day" events with 50+ people attending will be subject to a £150 booking fee plus the hire cost. The full booking fee is returnable on commencement of the event/function.
Bar Options
1. Normal Cash Bar: this is the same as your local licensed premises where guests purchase their own drinks.
2. Bar Tab A: where drinks are paid for up to a pre-determined monetary limit (payable by cash prior to event commencing), after which guests pay for their own drinks.
3. Bar Tab B: where you pay for drinks for a pre-determined time (payable by cash immediately the time limit is up) after which guests pay for their own drinks.
4. Free bar: you pay for all the drinks in advance. We would discuss this and agree drink requirements with you in advance.
These prices are for a fully set-up, fully managed licensed bar and staff.
We can apply for the necessary event license if required.
